Shuoyi Chen (known professionally as Mily C) is a Chicago-based musician, dancer, and model. Mily C may be a new artist, but she is no stranger to excelling in her sound and pushing her creativity. She has recently released her debut single titled “Popularity” which is a solemn declaration of what she will and will not do and is always on her terms. Mily C even gives credit to Chicago’s Art school while emphasizing her desire for popularity! She also filmed an awesome-looking music video for the single that visually stands out!
